NYC Violation Leads by Restaurant Signals

NYC Grade Pending and liquor license lists

Two weekly lists of New York City restaurants, for the firms that sell to them at a specific moment. Both come from public records: the Health Department's inspection results and the State Liquor Authority's pending applications.

The two lists

Grade Pending. Restaurants the Health Department lists as Grade Pending after a re-inspection in the last 30 days. Each scored 14 or more points, the score behind a B or C. For food safety and inspection consultants.
Liquor license applications. Restaurants, food businesses and caterers that applied for a State Liquor Authority license in the last 30 days. Some are new places that haven't opened yet, others are changing owners. For insurers, POS sellers and restaurant suppliers.

What each row has

Grade Pending: the restaurant, address, borough, phone number, re-inspection date, score and the violations the inspector wrote.

Liquor license applications: the business name, the legal entity, address, license type, the date the State received the application, and the phone number where the Health Department already has a restaurant at that address.

How it works

We rebuild both lists every week, covering all five boroughs. Each list is $149 a month, and you can cancel any time.

What it is not

These are public records, not people asking for a quote. The list tells you which restaurants are at that moment; the call is yours.
